MELISSA KIM
FOUNDER
Melissa founded Uplift Worldwide to ignite conscious businesses and to connect awakened leaders.

Melissa brings over a decade of strategic operations, management consulting, and leadership training experience. She was first recruited into a leadership rotation program at a Fortune 1 Company where she created and led the Company’s first supply chain sustainability team. She was then brought on as founding Director of Operations to design and manage multi-million dollar investments at The Global Fund. Melissa brings with her experience spanning for-profit, non-profit, and investor relations realms.

Melissa now leads Uplift to unite a shared vision that business can be a source for massive, conscious impact. She is gratefully living her purpose everyday she serves this collective.

Melissa is a joyful BIG RED graduate, having received a B.S. and M.B.A. from Cornell University. She is trained to facilitate holistic yoga (200-hr YTT), restorative yoga (50-hr YTT), breakthrough breathwork, and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR).
